Monday and Tuesday

Jodie Alice turned into a giant caterpillar by mistake on Monday.

And as it rained cats and dogs this morning Jodie Alice was dressed for the beach.

Saturday and Sunday

Saturday was lovely - Ann did a sterling job of girl entertainment at her hen/stag type do on Saturday. Ian was lovely driving boy so i had nothing to do - other than drink too much red wine. Love it. Very excited about the wedding on saturday....

Sunday was brilliant - a lie in (Jodie calls it a lion) followed by swimming, followed by lunch in town, followed by cricket on a really big telly in sefton park with cath and alice - and more importantly - no sign of feta salad anywhere. As you can imagine - such a bonkers weekend took its toll on the small ones - can you spot jodie alice amongst her friends....

Now.... let me tell you about my bargain shoes! Spurred on by Alice's marvelous purchase today - i too - went seeking a pair - and lo and behold - i found these and i'm very pleased. admittedly the trousers may not show them off to their best!

In the 4 years of her life I have never seen this - and I was quite shocked. Jodie Alice the blanket girl.

I had some very welcome company when i went to pick becca up from kids club today - and for some reason Cath decided to try becca's coat on.....(it nearly ended in tears when she couldn't get out!)

The perfect encore to a 3 party day - HSM costume, 'dalamation' face and blow up nemos. Hope she never changes........

A real treat on Wednesday - after watching Becca in her first sports day we went for a family tea at the Tavern - a really lovely outing followed by a very welcome visit from the Cath and AJT (Alice drank stella which made me giggle)

And here we have spider cake 1 and 2 - they are different - trust me I made them both!!! Ready for Jodie's parties tomorrow...

I have so many pictures to catch up on - and they are all stuck on my other phone which is out of charge until mum brings it up on Friday.
So for now - today - Jodie Alice is 4 and got here first swimming certificate. Please note roller skating dog and it's puppy in the picture too.

I promised Jodie Alice that i would take rainbow seahorse to work with me - and here he is!
